3. Orders & Payments

• Orders will be confirmed only after full or partial payment (depending on payment method).

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the payment is not completed or if the item is out of stock.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days within Pakistan (depending on your location).

• Delivery charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout.

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will keep you updated.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 7-day easy return & refund policy.

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Certain intimate items (like panties/briefs) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via original payment method or store credit.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate shipping details and contact information.

• You are responsible for checking the product upon delivery and reporting any issues within 24 hours.
