Return & Exchange Policy

At Swift and UAE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day easy return & exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Tags and hygiene seals (if any) are intact

  • You have the order receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Panties / briefs

  • Lingerie sets with intimate wear already tried/used

  • Sale/discounted items (only exchange possible if damaged or wrong item delivered)

3. Process for Returns

  • Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue an exchange or refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method or via store credit.

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect.

5. Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange for a different size, color, or product of the same value.

  • If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.

6. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, we will replace it free of cost.
