Refund Policy
At Swift and UAE, we value your trust and want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

All tags and hygiene seals (if any) are intact

You provide the order receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds are not applicable on:

Intimate lingerie items once worn or tried

Discounted or clearance sale items (exchange may be offered instead)
3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, wallet, or cash if COD).

Refunds may also be issued as store credit, based on customer preference.

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive the wrong or a damaged item, we will issue a full refund or free replacement at no extra cost.
