Refund Policy

At Swift and UAE, we value your trust and want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All tags and hygiene seals (if any) are intact

  • You provide the order receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds are not applicable on:

  • Panties / briefs

  • Intimate lingerie items once worn or tried

  • Discounted or clearance sale items (exchange may be offered instead)

3. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, wallet, or cash if COD).

  • Refunds may also be issued as store credit, based on customer preference.

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive the wrong or a damaged item, we will issue a full refund or free replacement at no extra cost.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery through WhatsApp or email.

  • Share your order number, product details, and reason for refund.

  • Our support team will guide you through the return & refund process.
